Plaque, not plague! Using a good mouthwash every evening can help - try Dentyl. Usually the dentist will clean it off when you go for your six monthly checkup - if he didn't, ask if he or the hygienist will do it for you. then brush properly every day and use the Dentyl. It also helps to use those little tiny brushes that go in between your teeth - they come in several sizes.

go to the dentist and have a thorough cleaning by the hygienist. Then, be sure to brush and floss every day.

    *plaque.

    1.Floss daily.

    2.After flossing rinse with mouthwash.

3.Brush your teeth regularly and in circular motions.

    4. Why didn't he take the plaque off? lol

    :) Luck.
