Depends on compression, cam duration and lift, exhaust system, transmission and rear axle ratio. If car was equipped with the police package, the top speed will be greater and the car will handle much better than a family sedan with a 440.

    Family sedan - 120-125 probably 2 or 3 MPH slower, police package - 130-135 maybe 1 or 2 MPH faster/slower.

That depends, a 1974 Monaco is a pretty heavy car.

Depending on how the 440 is set up will dictate how fast the car will go.

A pointless question. American muscle cars are not designed for top speed. They are designed for accelleration. If you want top speed then buy a Ferrarri or Lamborgini or better still buy a Japanese big bike or Ducati 916.
