I have 2 cats, one got an eye infection two weeks ago and then passed it on to the other cat...?

who has been sick for about three days. The question: Can my cats keep passing this back and forth (and therefore I should isolate them) or will they gain an immunity to it once they got it?

sounds like conjunctivitis, and yes it is contagious, and can be passed back and forth, and even in some form to you. Need a vet who will prescribed an antibiotic which should clear it up in both cats. Definitely so such thing as developing immunity to this one. Get to vet as soon as possible because untreated might result in further damage, something as severe as losing eye sight or eye. CAn really get bad if left untreated.
