    1. do you feel you live a healthy lifestyle?

    - Generally, yes. Of course, it could be better, but, I'm not unhealthy.

    2. how often do you workout? (not including gym class)

    - During the winter I do hockey 2 times a week, netball once a fortnight, and skiing for about 3 weeks straight [competition].

    During the summer I do a lot less, I go to the gym for 90 minutes every Wednesday.

    3. how many servings of fruit/vegetables do you eat daily?

    - I eat at least 3 different fruits a day; and sometimes that in vegetables, sometimes more, sometimes less.

    4. do you feel happy in your skin?

    - Yes. I do.

    5. What would you change about your lifestyle?

    - Nothing.

    I try to.

    2. how often do you workout? (not including gym class)

    I try to go for a 30 minute walk every day. I have arthritis so even walking can be too much for me some days.

    3. how many servings of fruit/vegetables do you eat daily?

    Between none and 7 lol.

    4. do you feel happy in your skin?

    Not really.

    5. What would you change about your lifestyle?

    I wish I could go running or play a team sport, but I can't. I wish I could eat healthier too, but sometimes I'm a bit lazy about that.

    2 to none, i'm amazed im not 500 lbs haha

    not really :/ although i should be. I just don't like myself

    everything. I want to make myself work out everyday, eat healthy, the list goes on

    I'm a little old to answer this, but... :

    1. do you feel you live a healthy lifestyle? I think it's fairly healthy.

    2. how often do you workout? (not including gym class) I don't work out, but I stay active in other ways.

    3. how many servings of fruit/vegetables do you eat daily? TONS!!! And I <3 avocado.

    4. do you feel happy in your skin? Yes.

    5. What would you change about your lifestyle? Meh. Nothing right now.

    Sort of. I eat slightly better than most people, and I get enough sleep for the most part, but I don't really exercise much.

    2. how often do you workout? (not including gym class)

    I don't.

    3. how many servings of fruit/vegetables do you eat daily?

    Usually 5 or 6.

    I feel happier in my skin than I'd feel if I weren't in my skin.

    5. What would you change about your lifestyle?

    I'd exercise more. But the weather where I live is always terrible, and the local gym won't let anyone under 16 use it.

    l'm a little bit of both. Sometimes l eat a lot of junk, and other times l have healthy food as well, such as fruit, vegetables, fish, tuna pasta, and other healthy food(s)!

    1. do you feel you live a healthy lifestyle?

    - l could do a bit better to be honest, but l do include a healthy diet in my food intake

    2. how often do you workout? (not including gym class)

    - l go to the gym, and l work out around 2-3 times a week

    3. how many servings of fruit/vegetables do you eat daily?

    - About 2 servings. Not much, l know :(

    4. do you feel happy in your skin?

    - l wish l could lose some weight but for now, it will do!

    5. What would you change about your lifestyle?

    - Cut out all of the junk food, like:

    * McDonalds

    * KFC

    * Pizza

    * Fried food

    * Food cooked in saturated fat

    * Food high in salt and sugar

    * Fizzy drinks

    Every day, mostly. I skip a few days running per week in winter since it's freezing out there.

    Between 3 and 5 :)

    Yeah pretty much.

    5. What would you change about your lifestyle?

    I'd love to do more sport other than running but there's nothing to do in our town! I'd like to do biking or swimming but I'll have to wait a while.

    1. Overall I eat well, I exercise, I meditate, the only bad thing is I'm a smoker.

    2. I walk everywhere and I will do some ab workouts about 3 or 4 times a week.

    3. Fruit: 2 or 3 Vegetable: 4

    4. Sure. I just need to lose about 10 more pounds to be back to where I was before I was pregnant. But I have already lost 30 pounds since May.

    5. Quit smoking. It's really hard especially because I started when I was 14. But I stopped during my pregnancy and started smoking heavily this summer x___x

    Not gym class? Then never.
