I could name a bunch of 90's rappers who have remained the best throughout the 2000's like Ice Cube or Nas, but I'll throw in some newer rappers.

!!!!ATTENTION!!!! : 9 out of 10 people making a "best rappers of the 2000s" list seem to forget about 2000-2004. Most of the rappers on my list had dope albums in the early 00s (Ice Cube, Redman, DMX, OutKast, Nas, Eminem, Xzibit) Admit it people, War&Peace Vol.2 (2000) is one of Ice Cube's worst albums and it's still better than 95% of all the albums from 2005-2010. Give the early 2000s props.
