All my file associations are gone?
I had a trojan on my computer, but malwarebytes - anti-malware got rid of it. Afterwards when I tried to open or run anything it would ask me to choose a program to open it with. Even to get on the internet I had to slick on the option to search for things to open this with on the internet. I downloaded spybot and I already have malwarebytes but I can't open them to run them. Please help me because I'm getting really ticked, and scared I'll lose everything because all my pictures for my whole life basically are on here! Help me!!

Your malware program(s) may have removed some associations by removing/cleaning items in your Registration. If you did a Restore point, you will lose a lot associations if you picked a point far enough back past program install dates. The programs are still on the HD, but the Registry doesn't know how to "associate" them as all paths are gone. These programs will have to be re-installed.
Those that you do know work, but the shortcuts to them don't, you'll have to right-click on these, select Properties and re-associate the correct path to the executable file (if available).
No one program is enough to catch all the malware on your computer. Recommend scanning with these one at a time.
