Do you think that having an indoor arena should be a requirement in my search for a place to board in Michigan?

It just sucks because I found like 3 places online that are AMAZING places to board, at a super cheap price ($140!). And one place even said you can work for your board which is exactly what I'd love to find.... It's what I do now, and I love it. But it didn't have an indoor either. And one place even said you can work for your board which is exactly what I'd love to find.... It's what I do now, and I love it. But it didn't have an indoor either. Michigan has tough winters. I've ridden in snow here, but as far as being able to keep Indica in regular work and not just riding occasionally in the snow, is it really plausible to board without an indoor? Or do you think I could make it work? I dunno.

Here are some places that I liked a lot but don't have an indoor:

3) On this one, do you think the indoor arena would be big enough to jump in? As far as heated stalls go, does that normally mean all the stalls are heated, or can you normally choose whether or not you want your stall heated? Because I want Indica to have a natural coat and not have to go in a heated stall and change temps when she goes to turnout and what not.

Which place sounds the best in your opinion?
Update: Well I live in southern Indiana as of right now but I'm planning to move to ann arbor.
Update 2: Oh I saw Windy Ridge's site, but I'm trying to stay below 300. It's out of my price range. It does look nice though!!!

So guess what guys.... I found this one and I fell in love.... What do you think? I would be doing pasture care.
