how you eveer lost a best friend due to leukemia?

I have and I was young to when she passed. I am just wondering.

we were 6yo when she pasted

    its awful, its hard to lose someone you care for to cancer.

    my mom died of cancer when i was young, and it was hard

    to see her get sicker, and sicker, then die.

    i understand for us, that it was hard to deal with

    I lost a cousin to leukemia....20+ yrs ago

    My youngest son had leukemia and doing well today, he is 18

    I have a dear friend who has a nephew that is 7 yrs. old and has Leukemia

    No. Regular cancer, Automobile accident, Drug overdose. It can be bad if you don't know how to handle it. My worst was a liver disease grew into a cancer and she died on a Thanksgiving of last year. They are in a good place so all is good.

    Yes, I have. It's hard to lose best friends due to anything, and it takes a while to adjust. I haven't forgotten him, though, and I never will - he was the bravest person I've ever met.

    He wasn't a best friend but yes, a friend died because of ...that. He was only 11.

    no but i lost my grandmother from a different kind of cancer but she was like my best friend.
