How to repair severely damaged hair?

Well, I have an incurable habit of dyeing my hair at least once a month, and it has left it brittle and weak to the extreme. What is the best product to repair it?

L'oreal makes a product that you put in at night and leave in overnight (it dries quickly). I wish I could remember the name but it says overnight right on the front so it should be easy to find. I have used it for months & it works wonders!!

I suggest using a leave in conditioner and using tressame shampoo and conditioner for dry damaged hair. It works great!! And leaves your hair in great condition its a salon treatment shampoo and cond.

get a mullet, that way, nobody will pay attention to your damaged hair anyways
