Sims 3, where is the hot tub?

Question

I have just the original sims 3 and my sim has the wish to buy a hot tub, which i wasn't aware there was. What category is that in?

Hot tubs are only available in the Late Night expansion.

Well, I Have Late Night. And you do have to get late night, cause it's not in the sims 3. Hope I Helped Love Always,Lauren.

I'm having the exact same thing happen. I think it's because I downloaded the newest patch(with the breast size slider). I wasn't having the 'buy a hot tub' wish before that.

The hot tub comes with Late Night, I believe. The base game doesn't have it.

Yeah, unfortunately, you need one of the expansion packs to get it. I guess it's a way of advertisement.
