A clothing brand. I believe the owners had a show on VS for a time, but I don't remember if it was named Tapout or not.

Both. They are, one of, if not the biggest MMA clothing brand in the world. And the creators of the brand had a show called "Tapout" where they would travel around looking for new talented fighters to sponsor.
