    Italian.

However, there are some German-Italians, French-Italains and Slovene-Italians in the north and some Albanian-Italians and Greek-Italians in the south.

In 2010 about 7% of the population is foreign.

There are a lot of European, foreign citizens and immigrants in Italy, one that have settled a long time ago. Sadly Italy's pure Italian gene pool is slowly deteriorating. Italian demographics can be found in South America, North America, Polynesia, Micronesia, North Africa, West Asia, and other parts of Europe

You could easily find this information on the CIA factbook website.

Most Italians (and all native Italians) are Caucasians but they have been receiving quite a few non-white immigrants in the past few years.
