Htc aria worth buying and unlocking??????????????

i have att and currently have a bad fone and i want to get an htc aria. i only pay for my minutes i didnt buy internet or anything on my plan. thats the reason i want to buy this fone so if i buy this fone will i be able to use internet and download apps without having to pay att extra money if i unlock it.

No. AT&T requires a smart phone data plan with all smart phones regardless of where purchased. AT&T will add the data plan to your account as soon as the network detects you're using a smart phone. Unlocking the phone doesn't change that.
