Could Alice's Adventures in Wonderland be considered 'realistic fiction'?

People sometimes do have crazy dreams. What do you think?

    There's absolutely nothing realistic about a hookah smoking caterpillar or a disappearing cat. Sorry. You need to find another example.

    No. Just because she claims it's a dream at the end, that doesn't make the content 'realistic'.

    Not, it isn't realistic in any way - animals don't talk, people don't grow taller and shorter, etc.etc.
