How do i read notes on the flute?

I am trying to play go for excellence on exercise 29 but i don't know how to read notes

    The spaces of the lines on treble clef (Starting at bottom to top) will be F, A, C, E (face.) And the lines (bottom to top again) go E, G, B, D, F. (Elephants got big dirty feet, the most common saying to remember. Then the notes will just repeat under/above the staff.

    You read flute notes just like any other notes. Flutes do not play chords, instead it is the main melody that is played. It could have been wiser for you to learn the music theory basics first before starting to play the flute, but it is not too late for you to start taking those music theory lessons now!
