Sims 2 double deluxe issue?

Question

installed it perfectly, but everytime i go to play it, it sdays "No disk inserted"??? what should i do???

I checked, i am 100% positive the disk is inserted. I tried wiping it off too.

help!

Reinstall it and make sure your dvd slot works fine. Hope this helps...
