how do i stop sharing all my documents?!?

its been like... 4 days i created a static ip address for my xbox 360 live... and my laptop has been having this "STATE : SHARING " on every freaking file i have... i just click on it and that comes down in the bottom info, anyone know how to stop this? and another thing ... another user was created ... and i don't know who is him/her or it? im the only guy that uses this computer ... and im using win 7 :) anyone that could help me out ? it would be so awesome!
