What are some books that are in MOST school libraries that are very,very good?

I'm tired of reading Iva Ibbotson. I've read ALL of her books!!! I need some more!!!!! I have to take about 15 more A.R. tests for this school year!!

Any suggestions on books that are in MOST school libraries?!?!?!!?!

I've heard of the book Crispin and think I'm going to check it out...

    When I was at school I found "Homecoming" by Cynthia Voigt, it was brilliant.

    There is a series of related stories, too. (You get used to the Americanisms.)
