Homosexuality exists in all religions, some try to hide it, but it's there. It's not a choice. When will people understand that?

Though, why would i care, about what Yahweh thinks is right or wrong. After all, there is evidence to support the theory, that Yahweh evolved from some form of angry volcano god. The homosexuals of our society, are no less human than anyone else. What people do in the bedroom, is their business, and sexual conduct should not be a religious concern.

Religion, should be there to aid people with emotional and spiritual welfare, not telling people they are demons or abominations, because of their nature, or sexual orientation.

The freedom for those who are homosexual, to live as they will, is worth more than any religion that has ever existed.

Perhaps, you should also list the amount of Christians who are homosexual.

If these Jews were serious about what they believed, then they would take heart to Leviticus 18:22 where Moses wrote, "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination." They would also listen to Leviticus 20:13 which says, "If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them."

I think that folks like Barney Frank are evil men who care nothing about God, doing only what is wise in their own eyes. They do not believe that there is a God who will punish them.

yawn. You seem to think that homosexuality is more or less prevalent depending on religion.

If you actually have any relevant data, please let us know.

Posting a list of x LGBT Jews is not very relevant to your argument.

We need an estimate of the percentage of Jews who are LGBT v the percentage of other religions who are LGBT.

Without that, all you have is an assumption and a "statement" that has no relevance to your assumption.

Much more important than whether your assertion make sense or not:

    Who Cares?

    What difference would it make?

There are things I do care about. Whether the person across the street is homosexual or not is not one of them.

Maybe because even the most conservative of Jews is more tolerant towards gay people than your average mainstream evangelical Christian, to say nothing of your average Muslim?

Jews aren't more likely to be gay, but they're more comfortable being honest with who they are.

This is the perspective of an *Orthodox* rabbi...

Homosexuality is prevalent throughout humankind. Cutting and pasting that particular list does not prove homosexuality is any more prevalent in Jewish culture.

And, as usual, ACG has Strawberry Shortcake for brains.

Homosexuality is most likely more influenced by genetics than by anything else. Culture seems to be irrelevant; it at least exists in all societies. Some of them are more tolerant, some of them are repressive and some practice the compromise "don't ask. Don't tell".

You are either Islamic or christian. Your kind of nonsense is the absolute worst kind of nonsense. It is false, and it really makes you look like a moron.

Do you have any friends at all?

True Jews would not support Sodomy, just as true Christians would not support Sodomy. There are modernist Jews and Christians that call themselves Christians but don't practice their faith. Those who follow their faith would not support Sodomy.

Out of how many Jews overall?

Homosexuality is prevalent in all societies that don't murder homosexuals.
