What is Eid-il Burbara?

To clarify from another answer - there is not Palestine, nor ever was.
When the Palestinian ARABS sign on the dotted line, they can call it a country. Till then look at their own media, by "Palestine" too many mean "wiping out Israel." http://www.palwatch.org .
Palestine named after the Philistines, was the name given by Romans to a defeated Israel to humilate her with the name of her oldtime enemy. Palestinians are nothing more than everyday Arabs from Arabia. The region was under Ottoman Turkish rule & most Arabs came to the local region AFTER the Jews started developing it.

G'day Kevin 7,
Thank you for your question.
It is Saint Barabara's Day, is a holiday very similar to Halloween annually celebrated on December 4 among Arab Christians in Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine.
