before Kazakhstan was inhabited,Does Kazakhs came from India?

I said here , the Kazakhs came from India

    No.

    In general Indians didn't leave their place in such pursuits, lamentably. But many from outside came into India. Before the Kazakh was delineated as one, they might have been a constituent of Kazakh and/or Uzbek/Tajik/Kyrgyz people. On of the latter, Jalaluddin 'Babur' invaded India (he was invited) in 1326 and established the 'Mughal' dynasty, under which the dynasty built one of the most powerful Empires.

    no Kazakhs don't came from india although there may be few indian ancestors but not all but they are definitely present in north india in some castes as gurjars
