Why isn't TD Bank Online letting me sign up?

I just got my first debit card today. I came home and intended to get online banking, but it would not let me because it said my information was incorrect. However, I checked it multiple times, and after a few tries it said I could not try any more. Do I have to use my card to activate it, or will it take 24 hours or something? Thanks.

Why are you asking here on Y.A.

It would be easier, smarter to ask the source TD Bank, they have all the information about you and kinow exactly what you need.

You were trying to get into an account at the bank, you tried too often and the system blocked you from using the website (like all automated sites do)

Contact the bank for a correcte response
