    Of course it's a SCAM

Why would the UNDP use a free @live.com email when ALL UNDP emails come from @undp.org

Secondly, the UNDP does NOT give money to individuals for ANY reason - their whole mission is to support development and education projects in developing countries through government and non-profit agencies

Mark it as Spam and Delete it right away

While UNITED-NATION-DEVELOPMENT-PROGRAM is a real company, see http://www.undp.org/about/ this email is a phishing scam. Never give out personal information to anyone via email. Remember google is your best online friend. Google Mr-Thompson-Powell, undpverificationdep105@live.com.
