Port Forwarding with two routers ?

I have two routers, one is connected with direct internet line, let say this is router A. another router (Router B) is connected with a line which comes form router A.

Now i want to remotely access a system which is connected with Router B. In which router i have to port forward Router A or Router B.

does it work if i port forward in router B

    Assuming these are home routers with basically two interfaces, inside and out, or WAN and LAN, you will have to perform the port forward on each. On Router A, you will need to forward the port to the WAN address of Router B. On router B, you will need to forward the port to the address of the Host.
