Is there a law that states managers of apartment complex must inform tenants of crimes that happen there?

This is in the state of Georgia, Fulton County to be specific. If so, what's the law?

    In a word, No.

There is no law that the apartment management has to inform you about crime in the area. It is up to you to find that out on your own.

There is no such law on the books. It is YOUR responsibility to check out the crime stats for any specific area in which you desire to live. The records are freely available from local law enforecement agencies.

No, they do not even have to know the criminal activity let alone inform anyone about it.
