try seeking professional help from a spyware clearing forum like spywareinfo.com
for specific tips for its removal from professionals.. but if you don't have the time, i suggest this.
download malwarebytes anti-malware, and combo fix, restart your computer and while it boots keep pressing F7 (or F8, not sure) for a new set of options, choose to start your computer in safe mode with networking, this will start your pc w/o worrying about that bug.
disable your system restore, and run the programs, they'll detect your bugs and remove them, restart norally and see if the travel thingy comes back. if you're clear, turn your system restore back on and yoand you should be good. but that's my opinion, i'd recommend going to a forum for more experienced assistance :P
