想找一句話的英文

從書上看到，想找唐吉軻德作者-賽萬堤司說過的一句關於睡眠的話：「它如斗篷般將整個人遮起，包括思想和一切。如同飢渴者渴求肉食和飲水，寒冬中尋求溫暖，溽暑中渴望清涼。它是全世界最廉價的快樂，不管國王或牧羊人、傻子或智者，皆眾生平等。」

雖然真正的原文應該是西班牙文，但是我想找的是正式的英文版翻譯....
