lentils have a very high level of nutrition. they are a nutrient powerhouse!
15 grams of dietary fiber,
lots of omega 3 & 6 fatty acids
large amounts of potassium and calcium.
about 226 calories and 1 gram of fat per serving. Lentilas keep you full for a long time and are a great sourse of protein.
