I checked the on line phone book and there are 136 Kim's listed. If you have some idea where she/he lives you may want to check the links below. BTW check your pattern they have been putting contact information on one of the pages.

When you suspect an error in a pattern, step one is to visit the publisher's site and check for "errata." Most knitting publishers keep a section of their site specifically to publish corrections to their books.

If you don't find it on the publisher's site, try doing a search for the name of the designer and pattern and include the word "errata." Sometimes you'll find people discussing the pattern on a forum and learn whether others are having the same problem and how they dealt with it.

A really good place to search for discussion of a specific pattern is on Ravelry ( http://ravelry.com ). It's a social networking site for knitters and crocheters such that you can do a search on a pattern and discover who else on the site is working or has worked that same pattern. There may even be a discussion group for that specific pattern.

Give me a few minutes and I'll run some searches and see if I can find anything for you.
