急!!有一段關於"冠狀動脈裝支架後的變化"的文獻看不太懂?

不好意思,我最近在研究一篇paper,但之前沒接觸過此領域,所以有的地方看不是很懂,想請教各位大大...有一段是這樣的:

Significance of In-Stent Yellow Plaques

Higo et al. reported that the yellow color was due to formation of atherosclerotic

neointima and that "yellow plaque" formation at the stented lesions was promoted by

sirolimus-eluting stent. However, since the in-stent "yellow plaques" were not

examined histologically, the following other mechanisms may underline this

phenomenon: inflammatory cells; polymer or polymer degrades infiltrated into the

intima; deposition of b-carotene in these foreign substances; or organized thrombus.

這段看完還是沒有很了解它在說什麼,可以麻煩各位大大幫我解釋一下嗎?

而且為什麼會這樣呢?

Miyoshi et al. found that a peri-strut low-density area was more dominant in PES than in SES.

Teramoto et al. reported that peri-strut low-density area in a porcine model was due

to fibrinoid and proteoglycans.

It is necessary to examine whether the same substances or other mechanisms such as swollen polymers participate in this phenomenon.

這段也看不太懂....

    這段好像在描述,在硬化的血管內皮與支架中都可以觀察到有黃斑,這個黃斑可能是發炎細胞在合成物的刺激下造成一些沉澱......應該就是假設一下...

    另外一段,

    好像也講一些很類似的東西

    fibrinoid and proteoglycans在血液的凝集扮演很重要的角色

    在這裡卻造成副作用!!
