On form DS-230 for adjustment of status what do you put in the blank "petitioner"?
I am applying for adjustment of status in the United States through the diversity visa program. On Form DS-230 part 2 I was wondering about the box " petitioner." My wife is the one who was chosen in the Diversity Visa Program and my son and I are her followers in the adjustment of status. What do I put under petitioner for my wife, my son and I?

It's too bad your windshield got smashed. I've heard of this happening to others as well. Did it happen at your house or in a parking lot? Does your insurance cover it? Did you file a police report? The worst I had happen was someone ripped off my "I Heart John Kerry" bumper sticker in a parking lot. Since then I haven't put anything of a political nature on my car because I know I can't risk any vandalism.

you have the wrong form, but you can get the right form by going to these web pages, you do not need an attorney to file these forms.
