(1) Just multiply:

A = 2 + i - 6i +3 (in the last term used i.i = -1)

A = 5 - 5i

(2) The conjugate of A is ; Ā = 5 + 5I and than:

(5 + 5i)/2i =

(multiply by i

(5 + 5i).i/-2 =

(5i - 5)/-2 =

5/2 - (5/2).i

Mathematics is no sorcery: I don't have any idea what "a w" means.
