All the models are great. They have almost the same quality, but the 550D and D3100 have lowest noise and good sharpness when at ISO 1600+. The T2i has 18, the D3100 14 megapixels. Both have Full HD video, the D3100 has better AF, the T2i has more features (60fps - slow motion, 24, 25 and 30fps).
