How would you feel if the fringe left formed a group?

That vaccines cause autism, wanted to stop funding for sciences that require lab animals, wanted to prohibit genetically engineered foods, wanted to have real communism, believed that whites are all scum, and all of the negative stereotypes you find of the fringe left formed a new party. This party used constant propaganda, and fear tactics to gather support

This is basically what I see of the TPs, a lunatic fringe group that is anti science and is fanatically religious. Their views are slightly different, but the result would be the same. They are a threat to our liberties, our privacy, our economy, and the future of our society.

Sometimes, I think the more moderate of both parties should get together and leave the nutters to their own devices.

The problem is the "mainstream" democrats are pretty much already the moderates.

The "mainstream" right are the crazies. The religious right took over the Republican party a while ago.

Like the SEIU and ACLU, just for starters? The left has a big head start in this game already. No wonder the left is howling now that the right is starting to take some plays from their book.

They tried it in the '60's and '70's. They called themselves "Hippies". Their movement failed.
