Port forwarding is fairly simple as long as you know the ports that you want to open. Im not sure about your model of router but all routers can be configured by accessing the settings page. Do this by entering your router's IP address into your web browser address bar. Then enter the default login information when prompted to do so. The default login and default IP address can be found on the manufactuers website or simply with GOOGLE. After you access the router settings page, locate the tab that it something similar to "Applications and Gaming". Under this tab, you will need to locate the "port forwarding" tab. Once you know the ports you would like to open, simply type them into the fields, select either "TCP" or "UDP" or "Both". In the IP address field, make sure you type in the IP address of the device you want to open the ports for. For example, I open ports on my XBOX 360; I find my Xbox's IP address and type them into the field to open the ports for only the XBOX. Reset your router after all changes.
