    New York

my second favorite album by Lou Reed's solo. Iggy Pop might have won this answer if you said something from The Stooges though

Easily Lou Reed's New York. I saw Lou for the first time during his New York Tour in '89, one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

Haven't heard New Values, but Station to Station kills New York.

BQ: I said I couldn't, why are you asking again?
