What is Michael Jackson doing at 21:08 of "This Is It"?

He sings "Four walls won't hold me tonight", and then does twice a move with his right arm. What is that move supposed to symbolize? To me it looks like he's rushing someone out of a room, or maybe he wants his chickens to go out to the yard?

Update:

He does the same move at 22:24.

I think at that part if I remember correctly, he mimes four walls around him. Likje "four walls" that won't hold him.
