How do evolution deniers explain the human reaction to the sound of fingernails scraping chalkboard?

Evolution provides a key to understand this reaction: the frequency of the sound produced by nails on a chalkboard is similar to primate warning calls.

How do evolution deniers explain it? Were we intelligently designed to react this way to this noise, before chalkboards existed?
