lolz i just got done with hw wit same question. personal fitness is a perosnal matter because its not about how similar you luk to someone in an ad or magazin but its a PERSONAL MATTER so the only personal that counts is u. I fyou always compare yourself to ads or an athelte u will get a negative attitude. If you decided you want to start off with a negative attitude you will lose your enthusams . This is important because its your body and you needto tak care of it and decided whats good or bad for it
also people get the wrong idea wen they think of personal fitness. its not being active and healthy and slim or having a nice body. thats only part or maybe one of the benefits. pysical fitness is determined by condition of your heart, cirulatory system, respiratory system, muscular system, degree of flexibilty, and percentage of phat.
