Unless the lease stipulates otherwise, a homeowner may evict a tenant to move back into their own home. Give 30 days written notice of lease termination specifying that you need to resume occupancy of your own property. They should move out within the 30 days. If not, then proceed to evict. If the tenant is on a month-to-month rental agreement, again give 30 days written notice, and they have to leave, whatever the reason for termination of the tenancy agreement.
Otherwise, you have to prove that the tenant violated terms of the lease agreement, and it can get tied up in housing court. So specify you need to return to live in your own property.
BTW, you, the owner, must move back into your house. You cannot have some other "relative" move in without complications, like it being contested in court.
