Any good books on coping with Leukemia?

Hi, I am looking for a book to give to a guy whose young daughter was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. What I envision is a book geared towards the parent's struggle and tips on how to cope and the best way to be there for the child.

Anyone know any highly suggested books on this?

BTW, I also asked this in the "Cancer" section, thanks.

It doesn't deal with kids, but Evan Handler's "My Time on Fire" is pretty good. It stresses that every patient needs an advocate, someone who's looking out for his best interests when he or she feels too ill to care. Handler, an actor you might recognize from TV, is self-effacing and funny.

My husband survived leukemia, BTW, and we'll cross our fingers that your friend's daughter will do the same.
