Windows 7 Blue Screen error?

My computer has been acting fine lately, but this morning when I turned on my laptop I got a blue screen.

It tells me to look in minidumps and another folder, but I can't open them. :(

    The Windows Blue Screen comes from problems in the Windows registry. When you have errors in the registry the communication process between software and hardware shuts down. The computer does not know what to do in these cases and in order to protect itself from further damage it shuts itself down. What you need to do is fix the errors.
