    R = P + C

    You get this answer by adding C to both sides. This is allowed because when you add numbers to BOTH sides of an equation, you're not changing the value, you're really just moving it around.

    Add C to both sides.

    I know I'm not the first to answer, but I should get the 10 points anyway. Since I'm not a top contributor. Haha.

    Here P might stand for Perimeter, C might Stands for Circumference and R stands for Radius..Check the question again...

    Just add C to both sides.

    P+C = R-C+C

    P+C = R+0

    So R = P+C.
