Discuss how the colour changes relate to the substances present

in the solution as the sodium hydroxide solution is added.

the total reaction is

HCl + NaOH --> NaCl + H2O

the solution color change depended on your indicator.

At begining, the color is red or orange red. After sodium hydroxide solution added, the will change from red to ~ (you can see the picture or table, color is depend on pH value)
