Where can I find a list of proposed/already enacted state needle/syringe exchange programs?

I'm currently writing a paper, and I'm wondering: where can I find a list of proposed/already enacted state needle/syringe exchange programs? Please, I would like more recent, very trustworthy sources, especially those from studies or government sites. Thanks!

I don't know where you can find a complete list but I would suggest that you check this site or contact the organization that runs the site with your question. They are likely to have that info.
