Best Camera that takes pics & video. Help?

So I've done a little researching, but I still can't decide which is the best & not sure if there are better ones.

Panasonic DMC-TZ5

PowerShot SX110 IS

Samsung HZ1

Canon Powershot S5 IS

What is the difference between them?

Whats the cost range?

Which would be the best camera (from these choices or other)?

I'd like a camera that can take good pics (during movement too) & good recording.

Any help will be appreciated!
