Knees - Working out Legs?
Every time i try to train my legs, I my knees start hurtin bad. even when i go light like 70 lbs. it dont matter if my legs are located at the top, bottom, or middle on the leg press machine. They hurt even on squats.

It could be your form is bad and your putting too much of the weight on your knees. Also try strengthing your hamstrings and quads by doing leg curls and extensions and it'll take alot of the stress of your knees. If the problem still happens then go see your DR.
