It depends on what sign language you mean, I'm guessing American Sign Language (ASL)

Here's a video for ASL, Idk why it makes me laugh cuz of the repeat, but this is how you say dance:

And do you mean Dance as a noun or verb?

In Spanish the verb "to dance" is "bailar" (bai-'lar) (bai is pronounced the same as b and eye, and lar sounds the lar in large)

The noun is "baile" like the school dance, or an event. ('bai-lay) (bai is pronounced the same as before)

It can also be "danza" as in the actual dance movements. ('dahn-sa) (like when you say "ah" and open your mouth at the doctor's)

Since how you failed to specify if you want the verb or the noun, I'll give you both. Spanish:

    verb: to dance = bailar

    noun: dance = (el) baile

    in french:

dance: danse (don't know how americans would say it)

If you meant dance as a noun, in Arabic it would be " ragsa" but if you are telling someone to dance it would be "er-gus"
