Ok im a senior in high school looking for colleges to attent. So far I have Lincoln Culinary Institute and Culinary Institure of Michigan. BUT both of those states are reall yin demand for chefs. So I was wondering what would be a good state to go to college for AND have an opportunity to become a really good chef and also have steady income for an apartment and stuff

You shouldn't worry about your post employment. Go to the best college you can for training.

The top jobs are always going to be in major cities. New York, Chicago, LA and San Francisco will always have the top restaurants.

Very few people graduate in any field and stay in their college town. Just get your education and move on.
