this boy and i live in different places, where saving up to meet. we web cam every day and talk all day everyday. we like each other but he saids he likes me as a girlfriends but loves me as a friend, i dont get it.

it means exactly that, he loves you as a friend, but likes you as a girlfriend, so he;d like to have you as a girlfriend, and he loves having you as a friend
